Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items
- Sale items
- Opened or used items (for hygiene/safety)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at: care@shopelenya.com

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
